If you no longer want a Winitin account, you can request deletion and we will guide you through the confirmation process.
Before deletion
Account deletion may remove saved profile details, addresses, preferences, and account access. Order records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or customer support reasons.
Please make sure any active orders, returns, or refunds are complete before requesting deletion.
Request deletion
Email us from the address connected to your account and include the subject line "Delete my Winitin account".
